The first festival that comes into our mind with the arrival of spring is Holi. It is the festival of colors, happiness, and bliss. Holi represents positivity, the victory of good over evil. Holi is celebrated all over India by people of all caste, gender, and age. However, the colors used to play Holi can cause trouble.

These colors are very toxic as they are made from harmful chemicals and are synthetic. They not only harm our skin by causing rashes, skin infections, and many other diseases, but they also harm our environment in many ways than one.

So now what? We should stop playing Holi; which is all of our favorite festivals? Well, there is a solution for everything, and there is a solution for this also. Organic holi colour are made from organic and herbal products like the parts of the plant.

  • BLUE-  Blue color symbolizes purity. It is the color of the skies, oceans, and the face of the lord Krishna. This color gives serenity and clarity.
  • GREEN-  Green is the color of new beginnings, like the leaves of a newborn plant. Green plays homage to our mother nature and is an essential thing for a living being. 

Traditionally colors were used to be made from natural products only, so it is time that we embrace them and play Holi with Organic natural colors. This is how we can be responsible for our environment and protect ourselves and others.
